Relief LGV Driver – Huntingdon Area

Are you an experienced driver looking for variety, flexibility, and the chance to be part of a supportive team? We’re seeking a Relief HGV Driver to join our South East based operation, delivering concrete, coated asphalt, and aggregates across the South East of England.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide cover for driver absences, including holidays, sickness, and training, while working alongside a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

We’ll provide full training on our products to help you build your knowledge and confidence. You’ll also enjoy working with a range of stakeholders – from our internal Distribution Team to external customers – building strong, professional relationships along the way.

What you'll be doing

Delivering products safely, efficiently, and in line with industry regulations
Working closely with the Area Transport Manager
Maintaining our high standards in Health, Safety, and Environmental management

What we are looking for

Previous HGV driving experience, ideally within the construction industry
A valid Class C License and current Driver CPC
A hard-working, flexible, and “can-do” attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends
