As our next Collections Team Leader at Breedon Group, you'll be leading the team to ensure cash targets are met, reducing risk to the business and supporting commercial growth. Key Responsibilities

Financial sector customer service experience
Track record of credit risk management
Actively progressing through CICM and/or experience of leading a team

As our new Collections Team Leader, you are expected to demonstrate clear communication, level-headedness, approachability, a keen eye for detail, organisation, supportiveness, and decisiveness. You would thrive on learning new skills, autonomy to make decisions, developing others, and delivering results. Your remit in this role is to aid cash collection, reduce risk to the business and support its commercial growth.

You are the type to meet deadlines, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate to all stakeholders. The role is suitable for someone who likes working within a framework or guidelines. In this role, you will prioritise supporting others, jumping in to help, juggling high work demands, and ensuring effective communication.
